My stay at the hotel was a bit mixed. The rooms, although not exactly what we selected, were a bit old and lacked a heating system, making it quite chilly. On the bright side, the breakfast was enjoyable.

The hotel is fantastic, with marvelous rooms that are very well air-conditioned and spotlessly clean. The staff, led by Mirvat, is incredibly friendly and helpful. Service is kind and accommodating, except for one person during the morning shift. The location is convenient, close to the airport and city center, with easy access to Rouche and other cozy cafes and restaurants. The dining experience is delightful, especially with the rich and super delicious offerings. The facilities are well-maintained, making for a pleasant stay overall.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was convenient, close to both the airport and the city center, but a bit far from the city itself. While the rooms were a bit problematic with their distance from the elevator, lack of proper communication about the smoking section, and some electrical issues, the service, except for Maya who was very helpful, left much to be desired. The dining experience was a mix of stunning and tasty dishes, albeit with limitations. Despite these challenges, the facilities were satisfactory overall.
